A statement of how we treat information you send

We are committed to maintaining a high degree of ethical standards throughout every facet of our business. Our law firm recognizes the reasonable expectations of privacy held by our client’s regarding our protection of any and all information provided to our law firm. Generally, we will not share, disclose or otherwise offer any non-public data or information to any persons or organizations, however we reserve the right to provide information under certain circumstances. Such circumstances may include:

  • 1) Persons or entities involved in the supporting or managing needs of a client’s case.
  • 2) Law enforcement or Courts of Law (when forced by court orders, subpoenas, etc.)
  • 3) Third parties investigating crimes against our firm, employees or agents (i.e., terroristic threats, etc.)
  • 4) Collection agencies, private investigators, or other agents working for our law firm.

Our internet privacy policy is designed to specifically protect our clients from third party nuisance e-mails, telephone solicitations and similar actions. Under no circumstances will be knowingly or intentionally provide information which might be deemed to be collusion, unethical or represent a conflict of interest.

We do use analytics scripts which utilize cookies to retain information on visitor sessions. Use of our website may provide us with information including date and time of your visit, time spent on our site or individual pages, and the particular search engine from which you came to our site. No personal data is collected with our website analytics services.

We may use non-confidential information, such as testimonials, in promoting or advertising our law firm. Any use of client information will be treated with an appropriate level of discretion and sensitivity. We will not use information which we consider to be confidential, private, damaging or proprietary.

We do not partner with or have working business relationships with any non- case related entities to which we would sell or transfer client information. An example of an exception is providing client information to third parties we hire such as private investigators, consultants or protection services.

Our law firm is responsible for only the content on our website. Where we may provide links to third party websites, we are not responsible for any content on, or activity conducted on or from these websites. Visitors to any third party websites do so at their own risk. Any links from our site to another website is not intended to convey an agreement with content, an endorsement or any particular company, product or service, or indicate that any content made available is fit for any particular purpose.

Common types of information we may request includes names. addresses, phone numbers, emails, arrest or case information, credit card billing information, etc. Any information we receive shall be treated with an appropriate level of security and privacy protection.
